Goldy and intense like a sun ray, was be poned by cold pressed unfiltred, with taste of grass, tomato and artichoke. Rich taste, lightly spicy and hot. Good on hot bread.
Particulary suited to medim flavored food (soups, raw meet or fish, fish BBQ, etc…) but it can be used with great freedom in the kitchen.
Never intrusive, leave a long and well balanced flavor. Suitable for savory dishes but very good with bruschetta!
